Getting Started

Get your first qualified leads in under 5 minutes.

Sign Up

Head to hotmention.com and click "Start Free".

You can sign up with Google or GitHub. No credit card required for the free trial.

Onboarding Flow

After signing in, you'll be guided through a quick setup:

Paste your website URL

HotMention analyzes your site and prepares the product profile, target audience, and starter keywords.

Review targeting and keywords

Confirm who you want to reach, edit the buyer-intent phrases, and optionally add specific subreddits.

Choose a plan and platforms

Start monitoring immediately. Competitors, brand voice, and delivery channels can be configured later in Settings.

Your First Leads

Once you complete onboarding, HotMention starts monitoring immediately. Depending on your keywords and chosen platforms, you'll start seeing leads within minutes to hours.

Leads appear in your Dashboard → Conversations view. Each lead shows:

  • The conversation title and snippet
  • Intent score (0-100) with label: HOT, WARM, or LOW
  • Platform (Reddit, X, etc.)
  • AI-drafted reply you can customize
  • Whether competitors were mentioned

Take Action

For each lead, you can:

  • 💬
    Reply directly

    Copy the AI draft or write your own, then click through to the platform to post.

  • 📌
    Move to pipeline stages

    Mark as Contacted, Converted, or Archived to track progress.

  • 📧
    Get notified

    Enable email, Slack, or Telegram notifications so you never miss a hot lead.
